At the start of the new cycling season, Porsche elevates technical excellence and riding fun to a new level with the latest generation of its eBikes. The fifth generation of the eBike Sport impresses with numerous technical updates that expand the range of use for the eBike. The eBike Cross, eBike Cross Performance, and eBike Cross Performance EXC models offer perfectly tuned components for maximum performance on paved roads and off-road trails. A highlight for 2025 is the color updates for the Cross Performance EXC, featuring original Porsche colors. The color catalog is amended with five new shades, adding an exclusive touch and perfectly reflecting the Porsche lifestyle on two wheels.

Porsche Mobility, Extended

The Porsche eBike Sport has been optimized with numerous updates, significantly expanding the bike’s range of use. It now seamlessly connects with the Cross models, enabling the eBike Sport to excel not only on city rides but also on light trails. The iconic and ultra-light carbon frame, designed by Studio F. A. Porsche and developed in collaboration with Rotwild, remains the centerpiece. New, however, is the Fox Float 34 Performance Elite suspension fork with 120 millimeters of travel, ensuring sensitive responsiveness and control in rough terrain.

The new carbon handlebar-stem unit is particularly torsion-resistant, providing perfect control and an intuitive riding experience at all times. For optimal vision and visibility, a new lighting system has been introduced, featuring the powerful Supernova Starstream X Pro front light (up to 1,000 lumens in high-beam mode) and the Topeak BeSeen rear light mounted on the saddle rail. Electric propulsion continues to be provided by the reliable Shimano EP801 drive unit. Battery capacity varies depending on frame size: size S is equipped with a 504-Wh battery, while sizes M and L feature batteries with a capacity of 630 watt-hours. Another highlight is the electronic Shimano XT Di2 derailleur with 12 gears, enabling precise and fast shifting. Additionally, the eBike Sport now features new Xentis Mount-X carbon wheels in a 5-spoke design. These are particularly torsion-resistant and, like all carbon components, significantly contribute to weight reduction and a direct riding experience. In frame size M, the eBike Sport now weighs just 21.6 kilograms. The brakes have also been upgraded: the powerful Magura MT7 disc brakes deliver strong breaking power even in challenging conditions. The Porsche eBike Sport is now available in the color Beige.

Additional Original Porsche Colors for the eBike Cross Performance EXC

In addition to the existing seven color options, the Porsche eBike Cross Performance EXC is now available in five new original Porsche colors: Provence, Purple Sky Metallic, Vanadium Grey Metallic, Jet Black Metallic, and Carrara White Metallic. The color Provence was first introduced in 2024 with the second generation of the Macan, Porsche’s first fully electric SUV, making it a perfect fit for the electric and off-road-oriented use of the eBike Cross Performance EXC. The color Purple Sky Metallic highlights the performance character of the model and was recently introduced with the Taycan Turbo GT—the most powerful production model ever built by Porsche, boasting up to 1,100 horsepower[1] (Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach package: Electric power consumption* combined (WLTP) 21.3 – 20.6 kWh/100 km, CO₂ emissions* combined (WLTP) 0 g/km, CO₂ class A). This striking color also graced the Porsche Formula E Team’s cars, the Porsche 99X Electric, starting this season. For 2025, the eBike Cross is now available in Dark Blue Metallic and the eBike Cross Performance in Light Blue Metallic.

The Porsche eBike models are available in three frame sizes (S, M, L) at shop.porsche.com, as well as at selected Porsche Centers and Porsche Design Stores. Prices range from €5,950 to €9,900 (RRP), depending on the model. Detailed information about each model can be found in the technical data sheets.
